Sprint Business Systems, in conjunction with CapTel and Relay NC, worked with Momentum 18 to advertise their amazing phone system for the hearing impaired. The concept was to sell what the phone did for the user, rather than focusing on the unit itself. It was decided that this approach was "on brand." Matt conceived of the plan, interviewed several actual users, and a series of approachable ads were developed. The results of the campaign exceeded all expectations—they literally could not keep up with demand. Great results on a tight budget; mission accomplished.
